Race Night

We held a successful race night in aid of Hollywater School and Wessex Cancer Trust on July 22nd 2009. 75 race goers enjoyed a fun filled evening raising over £1000, split evenly between the two charities, both very close to our hearts.
 
The racing was shown on four different screens, with much screaming and cheering for individual punters' horses! Many people won on the races, but the real winners were the charities and the success will hopefully be repeated in the future when we host similar race nights.
 
A great deal of thanks goes to the local businesses that supported the evening and the regulars who helped organise and make the event a great success.
